This work aimed to find an overlap between the physical and digital action of communication.

A single computer packet was captured and extracted for data that determined the symbols, colors, and length of the display. The graphic is reminiscent of physical lined paper, the flashing lights of computer hardware (i.e. modems, hard drives), and the process of file transfer through the network. Each packet's display varies from one another due to the uniqueness of the packet's data.
